Q. How has Crayon Software revamped its marketing/ GTM strategy in India?

A. The New GTM Plan is linked with the transformation that Crayon Software has undergone over the last couple of years. 2019 will be the year of Intelligent Transformation. Our focus is on the relentless software innovation cycles, which provide end to end services and is Hyper Scalable. With the new GTM approach, we are changing our routes to market (RTM) with a strong focus on Customer Engagement, Partner Enablement and Wider Reach.

Q. What are the collaborative approaches and targets that you have to set out to meet in the Indian market?

A. Crayon Software is collaborating with its partners (ISVs, Hosters, SIs, DC Players etc.) to take its solutions and technology products to customers in tier 2 and tier 3 class cities. It wants to leverage their relationships and engagements with existing customers as well as their technology skills and knowledge.
