Tell us about your company.

WinMethods Technologies is a Hyderabad based technology company. We started our journey a decade back with reselling ICT solutions and very quickly established ourselves as a System Integrator of repute. While we continue to be a highly dependable System Integrator we transformed our business model to on-board a host of emerging technologies. Today, we stand tall as a successful Cloud Solutions Provider. We differentiated our offerings with a strong service-based value adds. It was but natural for us to further strengthen our services offerings in the new era with a combination of Hybrid offerings – on-premise, on cloud and Multi-Cloud. On the cloud front, starting from Migration Services, we offer optimization and innovation as well as a host of Managed Services.

Tell us about your journey with Crayon Software so far.

Our partnership with Crayon is more than 3 years old. We counted on Crayon to help us in our initial transformation to Cloud business. With their established best practices we not only benefited in terms of learning but also managed to establish a strong customer base for both of us. Our cloud business is growing fast with a 100%+ increase YOY in terms of both the revenue as well as new customer logos.

How does Crayon Software Solutions help you to grow your customers?

WinMethods is a very customer-centric organization, following a common theme of delivering value to customers in everything we do. We found a perfect match in Crayon who share the same business philosophy. By augmenting Crayon’s Pre-sales and Post-Sales support framework with our own support delivery, we mitigated the risks a customer encounters and offered an attractive proposition of comprehensive solution delivery and successful implementation. Experiencing success, our customers increased our engagement while offloading a number of workload responsibilities to us, be it backup as a service or managing the entire workload. This helped our customers focus on innovation that works for enhancing their business.

Crayon offers a number of options from different technology vendors that match the requirements of different market segments, from SMB to Enterprise. At the same time, Crayon offers a number of services geared for optimizing the technology investment thus assuring an enhanced ROI from the deployed technologies.

Crayon maintains a busy calendar of technology enablement programs for its partners. The calendar offers options to select from a Webinar to a Workshop. They have played a key role in keeping my team stay abreast of technology developments which in turn helped the team acquire the latest certifications that are very important for our supplier partnership status.

Which are the different technology services receiving maximum traction in the market?

It is all about Cloud now. Digital transformation is right on top of any organization’s agenda and the journey starts with Cloud migration. We are stretched to limits offering migration and management services.

What are your future plans?

Perhaps this is the most exciting time so far for my company. We have successfully transformed our business to cloud and emerging technologies. We benefit from our lineage of a solutions vendor and continue being the same in the Cloud era. We had to relook at our partner ecosystem and making it current in the context of Cloud business. Managed services are a key focus for us and we will further consolidate our offerings in the markets with our emerging technology practice comprising of transformational business solutions. We have seen some success in markets outside India and we will be working with our partners to further enhance our presence in the identified markets.
