Tell us about your journey with Crayon Software so far.

Our relationship with Crayon started in April 2019 when we were a team of 30. Crayon has been key to our growth to 4x in the last 9 months. At each step in the journey this year they have been with us, be it new cloud accounts, O365 partners or others. We have had excellent support from their business and tech teams whenever we needed a true partner in our growth.

How does Crayon Software Solutions help you to grow your customers?

We work in a very inclusive environment with Crayon. For every new initiative in the cloud or O365 areas we engage them from the beginning and brainstorm together in finding the right solutions for our customers. This has helped us in doing more business with our customers as they value our agility.

How can customers leverage the different solutions offered by Crayon Software?

Crayon has strengths in the Cloud domain with the leading cloud aggregators. They are very good with licensing for new customers or migration. The expertise of their support team has been quite handy in resolving complex issues.

What are the different training programs offered by Crayon to understand the latest technologies?

Crayon has invited us to multiple events ensuring Truminds team is kept abreast with the latest development taking place.

Which are the different technology services receiving maximum traction in the market?

Work in areas of IoT and Computer Vision/AI has shown excellent traction. A lot of emphasis is also paid on Digital where we have deployed solutions across Communications, Edutech and security & surveillance solutions.

What are your future plans?

To drive excellence in our Product Engineering Services and Solutions with continued focus towards AI, IoT, Industrial Automation and 5G.
