ASUS Wins RedDot Awards

ASUS has received the prestigious RedDot design awards for distinction of
high quality design for the U1, gaming series G1 and G2 notebooks and the LS201
LCD monitor. The international RedDot design award ranks among the largest and
most famous design competitions in the world. Each year an international jury
reviews and evaluates the submitted products according to stringent criteria.

Awards for Genpact

Genpact has won four awards at the 2007 Global Excellence Awards constituted by
the International Quality and Productivity Center in the Shared Services plus
Outsourcing Global Conclave held at Hyderabad. The awards included Global Shared
Services Leader of the Year, Global Shared Services Standard Bearer, Global BPO
Center of Excellence and Global Knowledge Services Excellence.

Cincom Consolidates in Gurgaon

Cincom India will consolidate all its sales, marketing and development teams at
its 20,000 sq ft building complex in Gurgaon. David Foulcher, regional director,

Cargill Ventures to Invest in KPIT Cummins

KPIT Cummins Infosystems, a global IT consulting organization, has entered into
a definitive agreement with Cargill Ventures to issue shares of $4.5 mn on a
preferential basis, in addition to warrants convertible into shares of upto $4.5
mn. Cargill Ventures is a venture capital arm of Cargill, a privately held
company with operations in 63 countries and revenues of over $75 bn.
