On-demand computing and infrastructure management solutions were the company's priority areas. It reworked its India strategy and looked at scaling up operations instead of relying on a small direct marketing focus. There was increased focus on the SMB volume segment for all the solutions ranging from Unicenter to BrightStor to eTrust-Shamrao Vithal Co-operative Bank was an example of a Unicenter client added during the year.
