CMS is amongst that rare breed of Indian services companies with a strong domestic focus-accounting for 86% of its overall revenues. System integration services with a solution focus continued to be its main forte, the high-growth areas being printing solutions, security operations, e-governance and storage solutions. The Customer Satisfaction Audit survey by DQ-IDC found that CMS Computers was an IT services vendor most preferred by CIOs, leapfrogging even TCS, IBM, HP and Wipro. Prominent clients it bagged in FY 2003-04 were the AP government for e-Seva and Karnataka government for Kaveri projects, Reliance Industries and BSNL (all circles) for printing solutions, Indian Navy for security, and NIC for SAN implementation.
