One has to call 1948 and share details of the Tata Docomo number they wish to trace. Within the next four hours, the last noted location of that number will be shared via SMS.
In order to ensure uninterrupted services the payment deadlines for all Tata Docomo post pay customers have also been extended.
“As a customer-centric company we are extending as much support as we can with our helpline number which will aid in locating missing people and taking necessary measures without disruption and delay. We have also extended our payment deadlines so that our postpay customers can continue to use our network without having to worry about paying bills in this dire circumstance”, said Sanjay Dakwale, Vice President – Customer Service Delivery, Tata Teleservices Ltd.
