The company said that the paid version of the conversational artificial intelligence bot is being introduced on a pilot basis, and the free version will still continue to be offered. “We’re launching a pilot subscription plan for ChatGPT, a conversational AI that can chat with you, answer follow-up questions, and challenge incorrect assumptions,” announced the company.
The company has added that offering the paid version of ChatGPT will also help the continue to offer its services for free. “We love our free users and will continue to offer free access to ChatGPT. By offering this subscription pricing, we will be able to help support free access availability to as many people as possible,” said OpenAI. The company also announced that it would refine and expand ChatGPT Plus based on user feedback and requirements.

ChatGPT Plus will be offered under a new monthly subscription plan of 20 dollars, and its subscribers will be offered the following benefits:
