Shubhashis Gangopadhyay, Vice Chairman and Co-Founder of CDF, spoke about the need for policies for a digital economy. There appears to be a need for a greater degree of reflection and where required, control, over the direction and pace of this transformation.

Any such analysis must aim to lead to a clear understanding of the impact that the transformation under way is having, and should ideally have on our economy, society and polity, in the short and long terms.

Subho Ray, Co-Founder and Convenor of CDF, delivered the Vote of Thanks.
