Sachin Panicker.
Fulcrum Digital, celebrating its 25th anniversary as a digital transformation pioneer, has announced plans to scale its enterprise AI ecosystem to 10,000 AI agents by the end of 2025. This ambitious expansion, powered by FD RYZE platform, focuses on intelligence amplification (IA), rather than conventional artificial intelligence approaches.
Speaking at Tandem 2025 in Pune, Sachin S. Panicker, Chief AI Officer, Fulcrum Digital, said that we have had a watershed moment with AI since we launched Ryze one year ago. We relentlessly pursued R&D. CLIP or contrasted language image pre-training, was developed. We wanted to equip LLMs so that they can start acting as humans. At Fulcrum, we developed a technique, which helped us develop model with up to 99% accuracy.
We have developed context models. We have small language models or SLMs. You can deploy a model on your smartphone. You can link that to the cloud, and get a secure environment.
There are AI chips now to improve performance. We have to do AI inference. We also have responsible AI. We started talking about responsible AI the moment the idea of platform happened. We talk about inclusivity, safety, desirability, among seven factors. We have adaptability baked into our platform. Now, we also have explainable AI. You need to foster more trust into the system. You need to take a path to arrive at an answer.
.
In 2025, we have lot of development happening. We have reasoning AI now. The next level is autonomous AI. You can give freedom to anyone to do anything on their own. Can this also self-repair? That leads the path to self autonomy. In 2026, we are going to see embodied AI. You can build intelligence into robots to navigate the real world. We are also seeing quantum AI, led by quantum chips.
We are also focusing on edge AI. This will be a major area of development, called omnilibral or unrestricted AI. This is driven by open source. We are also seeing AI-powered devices. We are also seeing the development of AI and XR devices.
We also have alternative paths to alternative general intelligence (AGI) We have the hierarchical memory. Another is neuro symbolic AI. Third, we have neuromorphic computing.\We also have Kolmogorov Arnold network. Next, we have casual AI. Further, we have new principles. An English definition of an AI agent, is an agent that acts on behalf of an agent. It reasons, and then, takes action. AI democratization is at the heart of everything.
Takeaway
In a separate presentation, a few glimpses of Ryze 2.0 were shown.
You can find the best agent for your business. We have tapped into major sectors. There are multiple agents that cater to different departments and verticals. Ryze is different from others. We have multi-model LLM support. omnimedia registration, multi-modality, zero-shot enterprise adoption, polymorphic model architecture, cross-domain knowledge transfer, ethical AI governance, data pipelines for stretching data, real-time semantic analysis, security, customization, autonomous workflow optimization, and third party for connection.
We also have an expansive agent store, enterprise management workspace, interconnected AI network. and administrative control. We have agentic AI memory. We have also introduced episodic memory.
FD Ryze 2.0 agent store has 100+ agents covering all your needs. Eg., the SQL agent visualization for culinary. Another one is for e-commerce.
Use cases
Earlier, Alok Rungta, MD & CEO, Future Generali India Life Insurance, said in a video presentation that you need to apply where you have to use Ryze.
We have some use cases that we are working on. One is the HR side of people for process efficiency and usage. Another is for the interaction with distributors efficiently. We are currently in deployment stage. It is taking 4-6 weeks to deploy an agent. Within an hour, a business user can start using an agent.
There is lot of talk at different forums. Relevance of AI is more important. Use case is very important. We work with Fulcrum for life insurance market. We can speak on the business perspective. We need to be very sharp for our business case.
Security is much bigger than AI. There is no compromise with security. There are concerns for use with OpenAI. We need to be clear on the security being provided by any platform. With any new technology, you can discover more, as you go along.
