ZMSL awarded digital transformation mandate for manufacturing facility

ZMSL (Zuari Management Services Ltd), the business transformation and consulting arm of Adventz, has been awarded a prestigious mandate to lead the digital transformation of one of India’s largest manufacturing facilities in the chemicals and fertilizers sector representing a revenue base of over Rs. 13,000 crore.

As part of this high-impact engagement, ZMSL will architect and implement advanced Business Intelligence Cockpits to enable real-time, data-driven decision-making across production, utilities, and operational ecosystems. The initiative is poised to unlock enterprise-wide visibility, enhance process agility, and deliver actionable solutions at scale.

• Phase 1: A comprehensive diagnostic study of mission-critical production units.
