Bristlecone India

This San Jose-based supply chain and manufacturing consulting services firm
completed its merger with Mahindra Consulting (MCL) to become a part of the $1.6
bn Mahindra Group. This enabled leveraging Bristlecone's traditional strength in
SAP implementation in sectors such as apparel and footwear, semiconductors and
consumer goods with MCL's expertise in oil & gas and automotive sectors. The
combined entity gave Bristlecone the opportunity to have a backend in India
while Mahindras acquired the reach it wanted in the US and European market.
