New Update

One of the early movers in the KPO space, OfficeTiger started small and
ramped up fast.The company's
processes cut across six main lines of businesses-information origination,
transaction processing, financial management, research and analytics, pre-media
and strategic sourcing solutions. Underlying the breadth of horizontal
capabilities is OfficeTiger's process automation expertise and staffing
services through which it offers customers end-to-end staffing solutions. In
March, the company got acquired by RR Donnelley & Sons, a leading full
service global print provider, in an all-cash deal for $250 mn. Post
acquisition, Office Tiger would continue its operations as an independent
business unit, maintaining its strong brand. A look at the revenue split shows
the dominance of pre-media services, which is estimated to have contributed 40%
to revenues.
