BEL recruitment 2021 is being conducted for electronics and mechanical engineers with one year post qualification experience for 10 new vacancies available at Bharat Electronics Limited’s Machilipatnam Unit. The name of the post available is Trainee Engineer-I, and those selected will be engaged on a contract basis initially for a period of one year which may be extended up to a maximum of three years. Selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs 25,000.
Who Can Apply for BEL Recruitment 2021?
The official notification on the BEL website says that there are 10 vacancies out of which five are for electronics engineers and five are for mechanical engineers. The exact details of the vacancies and qualifications required are as follows:

General, EWS and OBC candidates should have secured first class, and SC, ST or PWD candidates should have secured pass class in their respective degrees. As far as the post-qualification experience is concerned, academic, teaching experience or research work will not be considered as experience. However, one-year apprenticeship training will be considered as experience.
While electronics engineers are required to have experience in embedded C/C++ software development for ARM microcontrollers, development of applications based on real time operating system such a free RTOS, PCB schematic design and bill of material preparation in CAD tools, and so on, mechanical engineers need to have experience in mechanical designing and analysis, AutoCAD, ANSYS or CATIA and Solid works software, manufacturing processes, materials and standards, and other related domains.

Except for Candidates belonging to PWD, SC and ST categories, others have to pay a non-refundable online application fee of Rs 200. Candidates will be selected based on their performance in an online interview to be conducted by BEL.
