To ensure that curricula are effectively aligned with in-demand jobs, AWS, talent shapers, and educational institutions in a collaborative effort designed and evaluated skills maps that identify the critical skills necessary for professional development. These skills maps serve as a framework to guide the alignment of curricula with the identified skills.

Additionally, Talent shapers are playing a pivotal role in supporting educational institutions by engaging in various activities that enhance the alignment of curricula with industry needs like evaluating curricula, developing capstone projects, providing internships and apprenticeships, and creating hiring events exclusive to participating educational institutions.

Learners not only benefit from industry-aligned curricula but also gain valuable hands-on support from industry professionals. Through close collaboration with industry partners, educational institutions provide learners with opportunities to interact with professionals who possess real-world expertise and experience in the tech field.
