Aurionpro organized a familiarization (FAM) tour at its Navi Mumbai headquarters. The team demonstrated their capabilities. and highlighted how they are altering the digital space in India.

He said: "We offer an unrivalled range of touchpoints that increase operational efficiency, while creating outstanding customer experiences. Our solutions include OptiQ, a dynamic queue management system implemented in several large organizations. The solution provides detailed real-time service level analysis, employee efficiency and customer footfall analysis." Some of the places where it is deployed are HSBC, Emirates NBD, Bank Muscat, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Amabani Hospital, Bank Dhofar, du Telecom and Etisalat.

Another Aurionpro product is the Iserve range of Self-Service terminals. As the cost of operating branches and service centers increases, organizations are moving towards more automation and self-service technologies to handle their customer needs.

Agarwal said: "We have kiosks, such as a Virtual Teller Machine that can automate most of the branch-based transactions and others, which can offer specific services such as customer onboarding, Instant card personalization and issuance, cheque deposit automation, passbook update, remote video assistance and online banking services. Other unique solutions cater to automation of Visa applications and dispensing of foreign exchange."

Aurionpro has successfully implemented a Kiosk project for one of the largest telcos in the Middle East. These include peripherals such as passport scanners, national ID card readers, SIM card dispensers, payment devices using Card and PIN and NFC, and document scanners. It uses facial recognition to provide customized screen flows.

The entire lifecycle of the project -- from designing the kiosks to software development and manufacturing, is in-house. Aurionpro has a large manufacturing facility in Ghaziabad.

Focus on enterprises

It had revenue worth Rs. 505 crore in 2022, and is growing at 30% per annum. It currently serves 100+ customers, has 2,000+ employees, and has 24 offices in 14 countries.

Aurionpro’s brand positioning statement follows the ADAPT concept, which stands for AD - Advanced, A - accelerated, P - platform-led, and T - transformation. Rai said that the company wants to build a global IP providing products and platforms. Aurionpro is present across banking, smart city, and data center services, etc. We are furthering the Digital India agenda by innovating and integrating IP to create futuristic platforms.

He added: "We are tier-1 IP providers and highly differentiated change catalysts in the select domain. Aurionpro also has technology transfer partnerships with Finastra and Murex."

Clients include HDFC Bank, Affin Bank, Sacombank, TMBThanachart Bank, DFCC Bank, Al Masraf, Au Small Finance Bank, Bank of Khartoum. In data center consulting, it has clients such as Tata Power. In smart mobility, it has clients such as Noida Metro, Maldives, etc.

Smart mobility

Sanjay Bali, President and Global Head, Tech Innovation Group, Aurionpro Solutions, said that for smart mobility, Aurionpro has a range of customers. These include metros in Noida, Kanpur, Nagpur, and Ecquador.

For inter-state buses, it has customers such as HSRTC, and UPSRTC. For inter-city buses, customers include NCT, Sacremento, California, USA, Costa Rica, and Mexico City. In railways, it has customers such as Nigeria Railways, and Egyptian National Railway. In ferry, it has MTC, Maldives as a customer. In finance, Aurionpro has a partnership with Mastercard.

Aurionpro has automatic fare collection (AFC) gates and an intelligent transport management system (ITMS). It is operating across 37 stations in Nagpur, and 37 stations in Kanpur. It also has 15 stations at Ecquador. For UPSRTC, we have 20+ lakh passengers traveling every day on the Aurionpro platform. For HSRTC, we have 15+ lakh passengers traveling every day on the platform.

The company offers the complete suite of hardware and software products. Designing of the entire metro gate is with Aurionpro. In Nagpur, it is supplying 60 gates for new metro stations. We are looking at $20 billion market over the next decade.

Ashish Rai added that Aurionpro is coming up with a simple device that can read any card. We are growing at 30% per annum. Banking has been the largest revenue generator. Mobility comes next with 25% per annum.

Digital banking engagement platform

Ms. Poonam Puthran, Executive VP, Banking, Aurionpro Solutions, introduced the iCashpro+, SmartLender, Murex, and Aurionpro Customer Experience. AuroDigi is a digital banking engagement platform for wholesale banking customers for corporates and SMEs.

Chartis recognized Integro Technologies as category leader in credit-lending solutions. Finastra's Trade Innovation and Integro SmartLender Targets solution will be available globally via a single offering soon. iCashpro+ is an integrated transaction banking system. SmartLender is an end-to-end credit risk management solution.

Rai added that they announced the Finastra-Integro relationships a few weeks ago. We are also in lending, transactions banking, transit solutions, and fintech accelerator. We also looked at manufacturing for hardware and R&D. Aurionpro has three manufacturing setups -- in Mumbai, Ghaziabad, and Singapore-Malaysia. It also has an R&D center in Europe. The share of manufacturing is currently less than 20% right now.

Regarding SaaS, he said we have been ready with SaaS models for some time. We charge a license fee. Eg., AuroBees is an end-to-end supply chain fulfillment platform that helps you to digitize, and tie up with financing. It is a pure SaaS model for small players.

Data center design and build

Bhaskar Bhattacharya, Executive VP, Enterprise Business, Aurionpro Solutions, stated that Aurionpro is also into data center consulting services, and data center design and build (turnkey solution).

Under consulting services, we are offering consulting and planning, design and engineering, construction services and energy audit, etc. In data center design and build, it does architectural and master planning of complete site, modular and scalable design approach, IBMS, automation systems, and electromechanical analysis for PUE.

He said: "We design data centres meeting standards of uptime Tier III and IV, and TIA 942 (rated 3 and 4), and support clients to get the certifications. We are also in project management and integrated acceptance testing of the data center systems."

Aurionpro is currently working on six projects in India. These are spread across data centers and edge data centers. It has about 100 people with complete skills.
