Apple Store Online is Coming to India Next Week, Students to Get Special Pricing on iPads and Mac

Apple Online Store will be available in India from 23 September 2020 onwards, and customers will be provided with the same premium experience found abroad

Apple Online Store will soon be launched in India, and Apple’s full range of products and support will be available to customers across the country directly for the first time. “We know how important it is for our customers to stay in touch with those they love and the world around them. We can’t wait to connect with our customers and expand support in India with the Apple Store online on September 23,” said Tim Cook, CEO, Apple.

Apple Online Store in India will offer through an online team of Apple specialists direct support and expert advice to customers. Customers can get advice, receive guidance, and learn about new products directly from Apple, both in English and Hindi. Apart from that, customers will be able to shop for Apple’s full range of products.

The company also says that through financing options and an available trade-in program, the Apple Store online offers a range of affordability options. Students especially can opt of iPads and Mac with special pricing, and and receive discounts on accessories and AppleCare+. “We’re proud to be expanding in India and want to do all we can to support our customers and their communities,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail + People.

Furthermore, the company will also introduce signature gift wrap and personalized engraving for select products during the upcoming festive season. Engraving of emoji or text in English, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu will be available for AirPods, and English engraving will be available for iPad and Apple Pencil.

All products ordered from the Apple Online Store will be delivered in a contactless fashion with Orders not needing a signature being left at the customer’s door, and those that do will need only require a verbal confirmation from a safe distance instead of a written signature.
