What are the new tech tools that you have introduced in the last couple of years in the face of Techceleration.

We have introduced automation of different processes in the lending journey like digital KYC, document OCR etc. Also, using Teams / Slack for internal team collaboration.

Is there now more of a focus on courses related to skills and what are you doing to address that?

The focus of professionals has increased the propensity for people looking to upskill and re-skill in order to upgrade themselves. Also, there have been a lot of people wanting to switch to Tech roles due to the Tech hiring boom. We have partnered with multiple institutes to enable the affordability of their courses by enabling the institutions to offer no-cost / low-cost EMIs.

What kind of partnerships are academic institutions looking for with EdTech companies?

Mainly they are looking at enhancing the reach of their courses by using the technology capabilities of Ed Techs.

How will ChatGPT affect the EdTech industry?

Still early days for ChatGPT but the EdTechs could use its capabilities to integrate with their chatbots for intelligently addressing the doubts and queries asked by the students. As far as learning outcomes are concerned from a Student's perspective if a student starts using ChatGPT to submit assignments it could impact the Value of the course and ultimately depreciate the ROI for their courses - which is a key parameter which any student evaluates specially when joining an ed tech run course. So anti plagiarism / or anti ChatGPT tools are necessitated for Ed Techs as well, while implementing them is another tough task.

Do you have to make any changes if Hybrid Education becomes the dominant form going into the future?

We believe that hybrid form would make the conventional education slightly more affordable for Students and more students would be able to aspire for these courses with some support on financing - we are well equipped to cater to these demands even now.
