An End-to-end Makeover

One of the oldest SIs and end-to-end enterprise IT solutions player Accel

ICIM Frontline has garnered the coveted CMMI Level 5 certification. According to

company sources, the certification covers its enterprise software solutions,

which offers custom software in the realm of banking and ERP implementation.

While CMMI certifications are not a new phenomenon, but what makes Accel's

case interesting is its evolution into an end-to-end player in the IT space. The

company started out as a hardware player and then became a SI and, somewhere

down the line, re-invented itself. Last year it forged a JV with Singapore-based

Frontline Technologies. Says NR Panicker, CEO, Accel ICIM Frontline, "It

places us in the elite group of software companies in the world to be assessed

at this level."
