Aspera to Come to India



i.Netmarks Singapore, an affiliate of Netmarks in Tokyo has signed

premiere partnership agreement with Aspera for selling Aspera products through a

variety  of Channels. It will resell

Aspera's software solutions in South Asia including India.

Kanbay, Pegasystems Join Hands



Kanbay and Pegasystems have announced an alliance to develop and

deliver business process management (BPM) expertise to financial services

organizations. The alliance brings Kanbay's deep financial services domain

expertise and global IT services delivery capability together with Pegasystems'

best practice BPM solution frameworks.

CreekPath Partners with HCL Tech



CreekPath has announced its partnership with HCL Technologies. Under

the agreement, HCL has created a development center in Chennai, India to augment

the talent and expertise of Creekpath's existing staff. The center gives

CreekPath access an additional pool of talented developers for device interface

software, QA, and test automation projects-thereby speeding time-to-market of

new products.

SemIndia Signs MoU



SemIndia has signed an memorandum of understanding (MoU) with

Flextronics. Under this Flextronics will become a preferred manufacturing

partner for SemIndia's electronic products and SemIndia will manufacture

semiconductor chips for the various product categories that Flextronics

manufactures in India. These include chips for cell phones, set-top boxes and

personal computers among others.

Wavesat, HCL Join Hands



HCL Technologies and Wavesat have announced a partnership, which will

leverage Wavesat's Evolutive WiMAX DM256 Series, along with HCL's WiMax MAC

IP and Datacom engineering expertise to develop high-performance and low-cost

802.16 compliant solutions. The first of several products to be jointly

developed by the two companies will be launched in the first half of 2006.

Red Hat Partners NIHT



Red Hat has announced its partnership with NIHT Infosolution (NIHT)

as a preferred training partner. As a part of this partnership, NIHT will

provide Red Hat's complete range of training and certification programs to

create a pool of Linux certified professional in the state. Red Hat's diverse

course of offerings ranges from basic Linux administration skills, such as

system administration and networking to specific areas of expertise.

Wipro Partners with Zafin



Wipro Technologies has formed a strategic partnership with Zafin Labs

to jointly deliver solutions using Zafin¹s miRevenue suite to help financial

service providers accelerate the roll out of strategies for product and pricing

innovation, customer retention, acquisition and plugging revenue leakages.

Interoperabilty Extended



EMC has announced a licensing agreement with IBM that provides EMC

with interfaces for storage interoperability and technical support for the IBM

System i platform. This will help customers more easily deploy combinations of

EMC storage and IBM Systems technologies.
