Ajai Chowdhry steps down as non-exec chairman of HCL Info

Ajai Chowdhry, founder member of HCL Infosystems, has decided to step down from the position of non-executive chairman of its board.

With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 1, 2012, regarding change in directorship, HCL Infosystems has now informed the BSE that Ajai Chowdhry has decided to step down from the position of director of the company with effect from June 30, 2012, the company said in a release.

Chowdhry had earlier stepped down from the position of whole-time director of the company with effect from March 31, 2012, the company said in a BSE filing.
