Airtel Xtream Fiber, Airtel’s answer to Reliance Jio’s JioFiber, will soon be available in 25 other cities in India. Airtel Xtream, which offers up to 1GBPS speeds and unlimited landline calls to any network across the country, was initially launched in major Indian cities such as Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Pune Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Indore, Jaipur and Ahmedabad after which it was gradually expanded to other locations as well.

As Airtel had announced during the launch, the Airtel Xtream Fiber will be made available in around two months in several other cities namely Ajmer, Aligarh, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Bundi, Dharamshala, Ghazipur, Gorakhpur, Hosur, Jagadhari, Jhansi, Jodhpur, Kakinada, Kolhapur, Kota, Mathura, Mirzapur, Mysore, Rohtak, Shahjahanpur, Shimla, Tanjavur, Tirupati, Udaipur and Yamunanagar. There is no exact launch date listed for any of these cities; however, the Airtel website shows a countdown of 58 days to the launch in these cities. Airtel Xtream Fiber Plans

As per the information provided on the Airtel Xtream Fiber website at the time of publishing this story, consumers can opt for the following plans:

Basic plan: At Rs 799, this plan gives users up to 100MBPS speed along with unlimited local and STD calls. Access to Airtel Xtream would be complimentary, along with Airtel Thanks benefits.

Entertainment plan: Priced at Rs 999, the Entertainment plan speeds up to 200MBPS with unlimited local and STD calls. Users opting for this plan will get complimentary access to Airtel Xtream, ZEE 5 Premium and Amazon Prime, along with Airtel Thanks benefits.

Premium plan: Then comes the Premium plan that offers up to 300MBPS speeds at Rs 1,499 with unlimited local and STD calls. The other benefits are the same as the Entertainment plan.

VIP Plan: At Rs 3999, this plan offers unlimited Internet at 1GBPS speeds and unlimited local and STD calls. All other benefits are the same as the Entertainment and Premium plan. However, Airtel says on the website that they were facing delays due to the lockdown, and also that they would reach out to customers as “soon” as they are granted permission to resume services.
