Airtel Takes On Reliance JioFiber, Offers Discount on Airtel Xstream Box

Airtel, in a move that is expected to offer stiff competition to Reliance JioFiber, has offered a festive discount on its Airtel Xstream Box. The Airtel Xstream Box, which was earlier priced at Rs 3999 will now cost Rs 2249 for customers of Airtel Thanks. This price is lower than the one time security deposit of Rs 2500 that Reliance JioFiber consumers would have to pay for a new connection.

The latest announcement was made by the official account of Airtel India on Twitter. “How's this for Christmas cheer? Bring home the Airtel Xstream box at a special discounted price. For gold and platinum users on Airtel Thanks,” says the tweet.

Apps and OTT Content Available on Airtel Xstream Box

OTT content partners of the Airtel Xstream Box include ZEE5, Hooq, Hoi Choi, LionsGate Play,Eros Now, HungamaPlay, ShemarooMe, Ultra, and Curiosity Stream. Users will also have access to over 6 million songs from Wynk Music's library

The present offer includes a 7 day mega HD trial pack as well. The offer is valid in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and so on. Airtel Xstream Box offers access to the Airtel Xstream app, which has over 10,000 movies and 500 live TV channels.
