Banking on strategy–best-of-class backbone Set to foray into ADP’s BPO sectors like insurance and payroll services

Hyderabad-based ADP Wilco (India), a fully-owned subsidiary of Automatic Data
Processing Inc, made its principal happy by registering growth in 2002-03, even
though at 6% it was less than the 10% posted in the previous year. In operation
since July 1999, the strategy has been to build best-of--class infrastructure to
enable it to play a strategic role in the ADP Wilco product set. For the future,
it plans to foray into ADP’s BPO areas like insurance claims and payroll
services.
