With plans to strengthen its pan-India presence, India’s education technology company Adda247 plans to hire over 100 experienced professionals across various roles by the next quarter. The recruitment is aimed at further accelerating the company’s rapid growth trajectory and ensure that candidates appearing for competitive exams across India get access to quality education and learning solutions.

Since its inception in 2010, Adda247 says that it has helped a number of students to crack various government exams. By leveraging an amalgamation of offline and online tutoring methodologies, Adda247 claims to have trained more than 100 million students across India to date.

During the latest recruitment drive, Adda247 will primarily hire for executive and mid-level profiles and will also be looking to bring on board experienced professionals in senior-level positions in areas such as Marketing Strategy and Operations. The selection process will include a series of written tests followed by face-to-face interviews.

Adda247 will also look to promote greater gender diversity during its latest hiring spree with women accounting for 35-40% of the new recruits. Currently, female professionals comprise almost one-third (30%) of the company’s total employee base.

Anil Nagar, founder and CEO, Adda247 said: “Diligence, dedication, and hard work from both faculty members and employees have remained instrumental to Adda247’s constant growth. It is these people whom I want to thank wholeheartedly, for it is these talents that have stayed at the forefront of our operations and worked hard to drive our success. Their concerted efforts have helped us tutor millions of students across India and provide them with the support they need to crack competitive exams and secure employment at elite government organizations.”

“As we take this differentiated value proposition to a larger user base across India, there is a need to further strengthen our team with new recruitments. This will help us ensure that we continue to deliver superior quality education to aspirants on our platform while rapidly scaling up our pan-India operational footprint. We are confident that our thriving, high-growth, and encouraging work culture, as well as the growth and learning opportunities that we enable, will make Adda247 an attractive career destination for the talented new-age professional,” Anil Nagar added.
