Adda247 gears to scale up its employee headcount to 500 by the next quarter

Adda247 to recruit over 100 experienced professionals across executive, mid-level, and senior positions, as the company augments its pan-India operations

With plans to strengthen its pan-India presence, India’s education technology company Adda247 plans to hire over 100 experienced professionals across various roles by the next quarter. The recruitment is aimed at further accelerating the company’s rapid growth trajectory and ensure that candidates appearing for competitive exams across India get access to quality education and learning solutions.

Since its inception in 2010, Adda247 says that it has helped a number of students to crack various government exams. By leveraging an amalgamation of offline and online tutoring methodologies, Adda247 claims to have trained more than 100 million students across India to date.

During the latest recruitment drive, Adda247 will primarily hire for executive and mid-level profiles and will also be looking to bring on board experienced professionals in senior-level positions in areas such as Marketing Strategy and Operations. The selection process will include a series of written tests followed by face-to-face interviews.

Adda247 will also look to promote greater gender diversity during its latest hiring spree with women accounting for 35-40% of the new recruits. Currently, female professionals comprise almost one-third (30%) of the company’s total employee base.
