ACI Infotech has announced plans to hire over 1400 employees as part of its expansion plans for different business units across India

ACI Infotech is set to recruit 1400 individuals pan India. This will make the total headcount close to 3,500 employees. ACI Infotech is a global technology company delivering digital services, technology solutions, and business consulting advisory. With the bulk-hiring, it is eyeing an additional revenue of USD 100 million over the next 18 months.

The large-scale hiring will take place through multifaceted processes incorporating direct advertisements, LinkedIn, employee references, and aggregators among others. Applications will also be accepted for offline submissions. The key areas for talent acquisition include entire spectrum of digital transformation, customer experience platforms, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, BI, AI/ML, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud on Azure, AWS and Google cloud, cyber security, SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

The steep rise in the workforce is expected to improve overall customer reach and will be instrumental in enhancing the proficiency of the existing business model. Speaking about the announcement Jagannadh Kanumuri, president and CEO, ACI Infotech says: “Our expansion drive underscores our commitment towards organic growth. It is aligned with our mission to build our existing capabilities and serve our customers well with hyper-localization of resources. We have been thinking about this for some time and now with things lining up, we are aggressively making the move.”

Meanwhile, the enterprise will also add 25 global delivery centers alongside 7 innovation centers all over India. It is expanding its R&D footprint with centers in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The R&D unit will be primarily focused on client innovation, product engineering, and building new solution accelerators. It is also working on a Global Security Operations Centre (SOC) in Hyderabad. The SOC will play a critical role in the company’s deepening foothold in the global cyber security solution market.

ACI will also be penetrating into Tier 2 cities, with 8 training centres planned across small towns in India. The company’s core capabilities include Enterprise Applications, AI and Advanced Analytics, ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Intelligent Automation to name a few. The company operates across a range of industries spanning Automotive, Digital Manufacturing, Banking, and Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, Public sector, Retail, and Utility.
