For Accel the last fiscal was a year of strategy. During the year the company
entered into a joint venture with Frontline Technologies Corporation, Singapore
in which Frontline made an equity investment of $7.6 mn in Accel. As a result
the company changed its name to Accel ICIM Frontline Systems and Services. A
look at the company's financials over the year revealed a flat growth at 4%, but
net profits zoomed by 62% to put the company in a very comfortable
position.
