AAI recruitment 2021 is being conducted for engineers at present for 25 apprentice vacancies available at the Airports Authority of India’s Safdarjung Airport in New Delhi. Selected candidates will be engaged for a maximum period of one year, and both graduate and diploma engineers can apply for the positions available. The selected graduate engineers will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 15,000, whereas the selected diploma engineers will be paid Rs 12,000 per month.

Who Can Apply for AAI Recruitment 2021?

The notification issued on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal says that there are a total of 25 vacancies for which candidates with the following qualifications can apply:

Diploma in electrical engineering 1
Diploma in electronics and communication, electronics and instrumentation, or electrical and electronics engineering 10

Applicants should possess full-time four-year degree in engineering or three years diploma in the above-mentioned streams of engineering recognised by AICTE or the Government of India, says the notification. Furthermore, only candidates who have attained their degrees after 2018 are eligible to apply.

How to Apply for AAI Recruitment 2021?

Interested and eligible candidates need to apply on the MHRDNATS portal before 25 March 2021 by finding the AAI establishment, which is Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi. It is also mandatory for applicants to get themselves registered on the NATS portal before submitting applications. After enrolling on the MHRDNATS portal, applicants may enroll by taking the following steps:

  • Log onto the NATS portal by using the user ID and password obtained after enrollment.
  • Click on Find Establishment by using the establishment name.
  • Click on Airports Authority of India- RCDU/FI & E&M/ Workshop - Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi.
  • Applicants can then click on the Apply button after which they will receive a message saying “successfully applied for the training position. Based on the availability, you will be contacted by the establishment.” Those who wish to know more are advised to go through the official notification for more information.
