is one of the indices developed by AT Kearney, where India is placed
at the 15th position. However in the index measuring financial
structure, business environment and people skills, India tops the
tally. India also emerges at the top of the index that measures
employee retention, language, education, size and availability of
labor, and BPO experience into account. (See Datamine, Dataquest
