| In October last year, the erstwhile Silicon Automation Systems (SAS) changed its name to Sasken Communication Technologies as part of a restructuring exercise. It also grew by 85% to post a revenue of Rs 141.3 crore, even as gross profits rose by 23% and net profits by 85%. At the same time, the company–which provides telecom software in the areas of wireless and wireline access–expanded its international presence with offices in Ottawa Stockholm and Berkshire. |
