<24>7.ai, a global leader in providing intent-driven customer solutions and contact center services, has significantly increased its recruitment efforts in its Bangalore and Hyderabad centers. The company is actively in the process of hiring customer support advisors for both voice and chat services. To tap into India's extensive talent pool, <24>7.ai is also planning to reinforce its workforce by targeting individuals from key Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities such as Mysore, Mangalore, Hubli, Dharwad, Chittoor, Tirupati, Coimbatore, Vizag, and Vijayawada. Notably, the company has already successfully filled more than 40% of its talent requirements with candidates from Tier 2 cities.

As the ongoing recruitment initiative continues, the company is actively engaging with educational institutions to harness the emerging pool of fresh, young talent. These newcomers are anticipated to fulfill one-third of the company's staffing requirements. Additionally, <24>7.ai has launched focused recruitment efforts aimed at women, resulting in women comprising 41% of the total hires.
