The company is actively in the process of hiring customer support advisors for both voice and chat services. To tap into India's extensive talent pool, <24> is also planning to reinforce its workforce by targeting individuals from key Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities such as Mysore, Mangalore, Hubli, Dharwad, Chittoor, Tirupati, Coimbatore, Vizag, and Vijayawada. Notably, the company has already successfully filled more than 40% of its talent requirements with candidates from Tier 2 cities.


As the ongoing recruitment initiative continues, the company is actively engaging with educational institutions to harness the emerging pool of fresh, young talent. These newcomers are anticipated to fulfill one-third of the company's staffing requirements.
