Kicked off European operations
Doubled headcount to 1,110 employees

THIS Bangalore-based contact center set up a network operating center-—its

second–in the US and kickstarted Six Sigma projects, even as it doubled the

headcount to 1,110. Interestingly, it launched European operations with a sales

and marketing office in London. 24/7 handles both inbound and outbound voice,

telemarketing, e-mail and live chat-based customer support services for its

clients, including business process outsourcing.
