Mumbai-based services company Atos Origin India had a poor run in 2000-01. Its domestic revenues fell by half–from Rs 1.8 crore to Rs 97
lakh. There was a fall in exports as well, and the company ended up earning 52.2
crore, against the previous year’s Rs 53.8 crore, a drop of 3%. Around 67% of revenues came from ERP projects, while exports contributed 98%, with Europe being the favorite destination. The company got its present structure after Atos and Origin merged.
