The focus on IT services continued this year. From last year’s 23%, the company increased its services share to 42%. However, in terms of revenues, the company managed to post an increase of only 13%. Exports, especially to the US, in the systems administration services and systems management services space jumped from 6.4% to over 30% of the revenues. The focus has moved from being a pure hardware vendor to systems integration and hardware service segment.
