The ₹ 9,999 Thin book model (1430a) does not come loaded with Windows 10. It has Free DOS as OS. So, the company is attempting to defraud potential customers even before sales have commenced, right at the pre-booking stage.

Customers could have a problem installing an OS – ie. getting the appropriate drivers for the Thin Book hardware. The Thin Book seems to be a candidate for the Windows 10 Mobile version, so the Company should talk to Microsoft about offering this OS version pre-installed, as this would work well with default 2GB RAM installed

Of course, one can connect an external HDD for data storage, but OTG support would have been a great feature. A 4GB RAM option can also be considered, as in lower priced notebooks, the DIMM (memory module) is often soldered to the motherboard.
