Kaspersky Endpoint Security for business is the first true security platform built from the ground up, offering a business critical combination of deep protection, efficiency and seamless manageability. It delivers deeper protection and seamless manageability to IT departments besieged by cybercrime and changing business demands.

Describing the current threat scenario, Maxim Mitrokhin, Director - Operations, Kaspersky Lab - Asia Pacific says, "Cybercrime is a part and parcel of the digital world. The last 5 years have become the golden age of cybercrime. There have been 200,000 malicious programmes detected per day. This is important even in India especially in a country where there are 137,000,000 internet users currently and the number is growing. Complexity is the enemy of IT security."

Adding to this, Pranav Bhayani, Technical Support Manager, South Asia, Kaspersky Lab, said, "The threat scenario is quite scary with 5-10% of laptops being either stolen or lost within its useful life span. To add to it, 62% of the corporate employees are now jumping on to the mobile bandwagon. In such a scenario, our offering provides a single console. The foundation of this system is based on anti-malware and supported by the cloud."

On a final note, Altaf Halde, Managing Director, Kaspersky Lab - South Asia, added, "The new Kaspersky Endpoint Solution for Business enable CIOs to cater to the variable needs of an organization. We plan to increase our presence in major cities by appointing regional business development staff."
