Like most tech vendors in India, for NetApp too, the mid-market customers (about sixty including the likes of Maya Entertainment, Prana Studios) proved lucrative, filling up nearly 50% of its coffers in FY 07. Not that large enterprises turned away. Existing accounts like Genpact and Reliance Industries got refreshed, while the Infosys and ToI deployments won awards for innovation. Another order came from a telecom service provider to connect 300 telephone exchanges, and also bagged a CAT6A installation order from a BPO company in western India.
