Aptuit Acquires InfroPro Solutions  

Aptuit, a drug development services company, has announced
that it has completed the acquisition of InfoPro Solutions, developers of the
Clinicopia Suite, Clinicambio Data Exchange and the other IT-based, hosted
clinical trial materials management solutions. Aptuit said the acquisition will
enable it to leverage InfoPro Solutions' expertise to deploy the industry's
first global, multi-customer, multi-site platform to enable their clients to
track details of their drug development projects anywhere in the world, in real
time. As part of the deal, Aptuit will acquire InfoPro's facilities in Agoura
Hills, California; Westford, Massachusetts; Bangalore, and Frankfurt, Germany;
and retain InfoPro's approximately 120 employees. Aptuit will continue to
provide Infopro's clients IT systems, services, and global development teams
of domain experts.
