But no one ever thought that too many apps will lead to too much confusion and a smart phone with sloth speed.
Last month Facebook introduced its automated messaging “ChatBot” feature where a consumer can avail services which were once limited to just an app.Thanks to Facebook Messenger Chatbot, a consumer can do everything on this chatting app. With the introduction of the Chatbot, here is what a consumer can do on the messenger app beyond chatting.
1. Book a cab – Uber, a cab booking app introduced its services on chatbot where the consumer can get a cab on facebook messenger chatbot.
2. Talk to your doctor – Lybrate, a healthcare communication and delivery platform has launched Lybrate’s bot which will allow the consumers to consult their doctor on the chatbot. It will also let them book an appointment and avail other services
3. Hail an auto – Well, leave the other services aside, no one would have thought of booking an auto on Facebook Messenger app. Jugnoo Bot, introduced by on demand auto aggregator app – Jugnoo will allow the consumers to book an auto ride on the messenger along with the real time tracking
4. Manage your day-to-day task – MagicX has announced its services on Facebook Messenger Chatbot for the consumers to facilitate them in their day to day basis.
Chatbot is expected to solve the problem of cluttered smartphones of the world now. With this, I am trying to explore a feature around the services which can be availed on Facebook messenger.
